This offshore coverall, made from 7 oz inherently flame-resistant Tecasafe® Plus (48% FR modacrylic/37% lyocell/15% para-aramid), offers a 9.0 cal/cm² ATPV arc rating and complies with CAN/CGSB-155.20-2017, ASTM F 1506, NFPA 70E, ASTM F 1930 (9.84% 2nd & 3rd degree burns), and CSA Z96 Class 1 standards for flash fire and electrical safety. It features CSA Z96-15 bright orange fabric with fluorescent yellow/retroreflective silver trim, a heavy-duty Vislon® zipper with storm guard, protective stand-up collar, action back, side elasticized waist, gusset crotch, double knee with knee pad openings, mic loops, and multiple pockets including welt chest, inset waist, rear hip, pen, and tool pockets. Constructed with Nomex® thread and bar-tacked stress points, it is suitable for home washing (permanent press), industrial laundry up to 60°C, or dry cleaning, with care to avoid over-drying to minimize shrinkage.
